The tenants at my house in Milwaukee have let me know that doctors who need a house near Froedtert or the Medical College of Wisconsin will be looking now. If that's you, then it might be time to do a little research. I created a guide to moving there for these people. It just so happens that I also have a house that is located in a perfect location when it comes to the Milwaukee Regional Medical Center.
For the 2019 season, the house will be available on June 1 if necessary. The current tenant would like to stay until June 18th, making it more of a July 1 availabilty, but they understand the schedule of medical schools, so they are willing to be displaced if it's necessary to help another resident or fellow.
The house will be available for the 2020 season, as it rented before February 1 of 2019. If you are looking for July of 2020, let me know as soon as you can.
Even if you don't rent from me or contact me, do your research ahead of time. It snowed several inches in Milwaukee this weekend, but living one block from the Milwaukee Regional Medical Center campus means it was a quick and safe commute. I'll be adding the house to Zillow shortly, too, but I will not use Craigslist, so if you find my listing on CL, avoid it.
The only comparable house in the area right now (1-2019) is one in Ravenswood for $2,900 a month. And one a bit further away on 105th for $1,900 a month. Check out the homes for rent in the area and then contact me.
