Here's a quick and easy Kraft recipe that I modified slightly - makes 6 servings, for 7 Weight Watchers Points Plus per serving. Delicious Italian food done fast and healthy!
Ingredients:
1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes (undrained)
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 cup water
1.5 lbs. boneless, skinless, uncooked chicken breasts
2.5 cups (6 oz.) Mrs. Cubbison's 100% Whole Grain Stuffing mix
1 tsp. dried basil
1 cup Kraft Fat-free Shredded Mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Mix tomatoes, garlic, stuffing, water in bowl until moistened.
3. Grease a 13"x9" baking dish with non-stick spray. Put chicken in dish and sprinkle with basil and cheese. Top with stuffing mixture.
4. Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
